Completed
Evaluated irrigation system performance at 60 vineyards in Sonoma County between 2014 and 2017. Provided reports to growers that included distribution uniformity rating for blocks evaluated, observations of what is working well and not, and recommendations for improving system performance. Also provided recommendations for improved irrigation scheduling. Information was also shared with vineyard managers on irrigation system improvement, scheduling, frost management and other related topics via website, fliers and at industry workshops.

GHG's reduced through diminished groundwater pumping.
Presented information at several workshops, as well as through website, tabling at industry events and via information documents.
Groundwater pumping will be reduced by improving system efficiency and integrating improved irrigation scheduling practices.
