In-Stream Flow Monitoring
CCRCD worked with the Alhambra Watershed Council to monitor water quality at several sites on Alhambra Creek. Most monitoring team members were high school and college students. CCRCD trained students at New Leaf Academy High School twice each year. The training covered basic chemistry and hydrology concepts, non-point source pollution, pollution prevention, and aquatic habitats.
