Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Carbon Farm Planning & Implementation
This Conservation Carbon Plan was prepared by the San Mateo RCD in partnership with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The plan addresses natural resource management issues and opportunities at Harley Farms, an active goat dairy, in order to enhance carbon capture consistent with the goals of the landowners.
