The project includes roadside fuel reduction work on 3.5 miles of Marshall Road, between Lower Main Street in Georgetown and Black Oak Mine Road in Garden Valley. Approximately 32 acres will be treated. Fuel reduction work (shaded fuel break) will be conducted within the county right-of-way on private parcels: 10-40 feet on either side of the road. On BLM parcels, work will include 200 feet on either side.
