Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Carbon Farm Planning & Implementation
As part of a Bay Area partnership with RCDs and land preservation organizations, the Sonoma RCD has provided LandSmart Planning and Carbon Farm Planning services to 18 landowners, and designed 11 climate-beneficial projects in partnership with landowners.
