Clear Creek ACID Siphon Fish Passage Planning

Planning/Design
This project entails planning for in-stream habitat restoration in Lower Clear Creek (Shasta County, CA). This will be done by exploring design solutions for Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District (ACID) siphon structure in Lower Clear Creek. This structure creates a partial barrier for in-stream fish passage, and does not meet CDFW and NOAA criterion. Lower Clear Creek is a spawning and rearing stream for many anadromous species, such as, Chinook salmon, steelhead and pacific lamprey.
