Watershed Restoration In-stream Habitat Restoration
The Santa Rosa Creek Flow Enhancement Project is a WCB Implementation Category 1 project that proposes to develop engineering designs to enhance dry season surface stream flows in the middle reach of Santa Rosa Creek, an area of prime summer rearing habitat, as well as a critical migration corridor, for anadromous steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss).
